LoadTest Cold Brew 18 was born out of a desire to bring the deliberate, elegant pace of a Parisian cafe to our community in Prior Lake. We believe coffee shouldn't be a rushed transaction, but a moment of pause.

We source our beans exclusively from independent local roasters, selecting single-origin crops that shine under our signature cold-extraction process. By steeping our grinds for exactly 18 hours in temperature-controlled stone vessels, we draw out the natural sweetness and eliminate the bitter bite.
